This project involved the design of a residential development of new build homes in Littleover, Derby, with a focus on creating attractive streetscapes, practical family accommodation and a coherent architectural identity.

The layout was developed to respond to the shape and character of the site, while creating a clear relationship between the homes, access, parking and landscaped areas. The arrangement of buildings was carefully considered to provide privacy, natural surveillance and a strong sense of place.
